William Cantafio is Director of Hospitality & Entertainment Innovations, where he advises on the overall development of hospitality and entertainment AI technology solutions.​

Chef William is a 20-year veteran of the food industry with key roles at multiple restaurants. He has made multiple national television appearances including Good Day DC, Good Day Florida, and Good Day Philadelphia in which his segments focused on food and streamlining restaurant systems.​

Chef William’s love for all things culinary began at an early age, stemming from watching his uncle’s cook Italian food for all family gatherings.  His career started in the restaurant industry after a successful tour of duty in the United States Army where he served proudly for 13 years as a member of the elite Army Ranger Division. After successfully serving in the Armed Forces, he attended Point Park University where he studied Criminal Justice and Abnormal Child Psychology. ​
