He brought game-changing analytics capabilities and developed AI/ML models across multiple industries, including healthcare, airline, hospitality, cruise, automotive, media, entertainment, and communication. He has been highly active in building machine learning models, applying statistical analysis, and developing optimization algorithms.

He received his Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Tennessee.
